Three Ways To GROW Your School Immediately

We are all Martial Artists at heart, but we are running a business as well. We all want to have financial freedom for ourselves and our staff. Avoid doing busy work. We want to be focused on tasks that have a direct impact on your school’s growth. Here are 3 key principles to keep in mind daily:
GETTING MORE CUSTOMERS
Everyone can agree that we need more students. You need to make sure you have a marketing plan on bringing in new students to your location, monthly. Take advantage of paid advertising, referral programs, buddy days, school talks, birthday parties, and mass enrollments.
MORE TRANSACTIONS PER CUSTOMERS
This is an excellent way to generate more revenue with your current students. Offer equipment packages at the enrollment, parents’ nights out, private lesson packages, upgrades, summer camps, and products of the month offers.
MORE MONEY PER TRANSACTION
The way to get higher transactions per student is to offer upgrades or add-ons to whatever they are purchasing. The key to this is not to be too salesy or pushy. If someone buys a new weapon, a Bo Staff, for example, ask the parent if they would want a Bo case to protect it, offer them a 10% off. If agreed to do so, offer them a private lesson on the weapon. If a new student enrolls you can also offer them a trial lesson for another family member, or friend to try it with them for a month.
