School relationships are a vital part of enrolling new students in your school. Setting up and maintaining partnerships should be done year-round.

Each school will have several different points of contact: ADMINISTRATION (The Principal, Assistant Principal, or their Secretaries), PARTNERS IN EDUCATION REPRESENTATIVE, and PTA/PTO Organization.

THE MEETING- Be considerate of their time. Keep the presentation brief and to the point. 10-15 min. The key point is to give, give, give.  Explain how much we can help their school:

  • Staff breakfasts
  • School Supply Donations
  • Teachers appreciation gifts
  • Honor roll certificates etc.

But be sure to let them know that we can raise a lot more money through our Character Education Courses in the future. Where we donate 100% of the funds back to their elementary school, and at the same time help student development.

TWO IMPORTANT POINTS

  • For new schools, you have not worked with, be sure to make it know you are there for them. Not just to hand out flyers.
  • For schools you do have a relationship, make sure that the only time you reach out to them is not just to ask for something.
